With Love: Distress Markers and Sweet Victoria

By Laurel on May 1, 2012

I love shaped cards. I don’t know why I don’t make them more often! With these cool Framelit diecuts by Sizzix and my Cuttlebug, it sure does make it super easy! I took the gorgeous roses from Sweet Stamp Shop’s Sweet Victoria, heat embossed them and then colored them with distress markers.

See the twine??????  That is Strawberry Truffle pink/brown twine from Timeless Twine. I have never seen the twists of color on twine as I have seen on theirs. Make sure to check them out! They are amazing!

Very sweet card. I haven’t really tried shaped cards. I’m going to have to give it a try.

I loved shaped cards too, I don’t do them often enough, they add so much w/o overwhelming all the pretties we put on the card! Love the color of those flowers too, you’re rockin’ the distress markers 🙂
