Wee Memories: Mini Cards sponsored by My Favorite Things

By Laurel on January 7, 2012

Hi everyone! This week’s Wee Memories challenge is all about mini cards! We are sponsored by My Favorite Things and I used the most adorable set from them. The boy reminds me of my son, so I just had to pick it up!

Aren’t they cute? They have a bunch of fun sentiments in this set also! I can totally picture my son giggling while holding a little girl’s hands.. I had to make the girl a brunette, of course (like me)…. 🙂 So I made two mini cards using just the sentiments and a white gel pen…… I dabbled at copic coloring. I really need to take a class or something…. I like how the jeans turned out but the hair? Not so much.

Sometimes it is the little things that I appreciate the most when I blog hop. I think your idea of creating a baker’s twine look with the white pen is so clever. Thanks for the inspiration.
