What a fun time I had making this card. I played along with the Wee Memories Challenge this week, which was to incorporate anything “forest like” images into your card… I immediately thought, Lawnfawn Critters! I started by making hills out of patterned paper and Hero Arts Cling Dots. The bottom layer of the hills is adhered with pop dots.
I cut out the tree image from Lawnfawn’s Critters in the burbs, stamped the Hero Arts Friends Definition Cling stamp over the tree and then sprayed it with Glimmer Mist. I tried to make it appear as if that little squirrel chasing the ball.
I used flocking powder over the clouds from Practicing Creativity. I decided to not add a sentiment yet.
I’ll wait until I have the perfect reason to give this card away and then stamp the sentiment on the hill…..
My mom is having eye surgery tomorrow. Routine surgery… But any surgery is scary!!! Please say a little prayer for her!
Thanks for stopping by!

My best friend makes cards, so I know a little bit about it, even though my main focus is the world of pinback buttons. But I love looking at handmade cards, and yours are wonderful! I especially like how creative the tree is!
