Texture is a fun way to add some impact to your projects without bulk! Today, I am using the Tonic Expanding Mousse to create a tag and card. I like the Expanding Mousse because you can use it two ways. You can apply it with a cloth and create a gorgeous smooth shiny background (as I did in the card) or apply it with a palette knife and zap it with your heat tool to get this amazing texture, as I did in the tag!
