*Video: Fun way to use Alphabet Dies

By Laurel on February 7, 2019February 6, 2019

Today I have two cards showing you a fun way to use your background dies! I am making my way thru level 3 of the Altenew Educator Certification Level 3 and was inspired by the Easy as ABC’s class! Head on over to my youtube channel to check out the video in HD. And don’t forget to subscribe and click that notification bell! You can do so by clicking HERE!

By using the die cuts as a background, you can really create some cute and punny sentiments! You could also die cut the letters in different colors, tone or tone or add some metallic spray and distress oxide ink like I did here! Also a great way to use up cardstock strips you have left from previous projects… Just sayin’

As a bonus card, I took the negative piece out of the trash (the leftover paper that I used to die cut the letters) and “stenciled” in the letters and then quickly stamped the image and sentiment over the top! 🙂
