The 12 NEW distress Oxides colors are in the house over at Ellen Hutson. Grab them before they sell out! I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to share with you a video I created after seeing Tim Holtz demo using Distress Glaze with the Oxides. It was almost as if I had to try it to believe it! Full credit of technique goes to Tim.
You can watch the video here on the blog or over on my youtube channel in HD, where you can subscribe to my channel and get notified of all my new videos and have access to all my previous ones! All supplies used listed below.

Laurel I love that you are trying out all these new techniques for us crafters. It gives us a better view of how some products work and what can be dine with them. I haven’t really had much experience with the distressed oxide inks so thank you Laurel for doing the experimenting for me. :O)
Gorgeous technique. Loooove the result. I tried it today and turned out awesome. Here is the link to may blog post of the card I shared with this technique. http://handmadebyg3.com/2018/02/10/eat-cake/ Thanks so much Laurel for sharing this technique. Gayatri xx
I really love how the oxide inks look after you put so many colors on then use the distress micro glaze. So, so cool. Looking foward to watch more videos.
Thanks so much for your time in doing videos, that is how we learn.

Love the colors and the final product. Picking out the colors is hard for me. How do you like your glass mat? Are you happy with the size?
