This and That: FREE Distress Inks and Distress Oxides Class

I started a little “this and that’ series on the blog. When I see something that I think you might like, like today’s post regarding a free class all about Distress Inks and Distress Oxides, I’ll post it. It won’t have anything directly to do with me, my teachings or my projects.  So it will be a little of this and a little of that… 🙂

Interested in Distress Inks and/or Distress Oxides but don’t know where to start?  How about checking out this FREE Distress Ink/Oxides class from Scrapbook.com taught by the master himself, Tim Holtz! You can check it out by clicking HERE! You learn all about the inks, the properties, what makes them unique and how to use them!

And here is my recommended list of the basic INEXPENSIVE supplies to get started on your distress journey! If it’s something you’d like to continue, I can recommend more but if you are new, I suggest just getting a few colors of the inks and oxides and play around first!!!

Thanks Laurel. I absolutely love the distress oxide inks and have them all. Right now I am working on fall leaves by cutting them out in colored CS (orange, gold, green, etc.) and then using the oxides to make them look like fall. Lots of fun.
