Happy Tuesday everyone! Less is more I always say and that is more than likely how I would define my stamping style.
This card is no exception. I picked up the Hero Arts Garden Bouquet stamp and Tim Holtz Distress Inks were just screaming my name…. I inked up the stamp with lots of distress inks, spritzed with water and then stamped it onto the card stock. Look how beautiful it turned out.
I love all the colors! I originally dry embossed the card sbase for some added texture but then decided not to use it because I thought the flowers were just so pretty, I didn’t want to distract with more. I added Lawn Fawn’s Bannerific/Sophies Sentiment to the top and voila, done!
Wee Memories has a fun challenge going on right now. Colors of the season. While the colors may been inspired by a beautiful Christmas wreath, I opted not to do a Christmas card for this challenge.
I hope that’s okay Jenny! 🙂 She has given you two weeks to play along this time so you have until 12/31!
Thanks for stopping by!
