TFS your beautiful cards and ideas for using some of the new release products. Love the soft, velvety look you achieved on the layered peony card… love the colors on your cityscape, and the polka dot background on all three cards adds just the right touch. Great and inspiring job!
I just love that soft floral card. How did you get it to look that way? It has a fuzzy look as opposed to a crisp look that adds a touch of romance. Love it and the background is great.
Three beautiful cards! Love the use of dark colors with the gold embossing on the city buildings card. The polka dot card with the gold dots is a knock out! Thanks for sharing your creativity and inspiration.
Great cards! I, too, want to know how you got such a pretty misty look with the peonies; it’s dreamy. I also like the city-scape as a circle and the way you’ve colored it. Great inspiration!.
Love the different design elements. The round cityscape is a great idea. The first with the rounded corners is so pretty – different and colorful. thanks for sharing. txmlhl(at)yahoo(dot)com
I said this on Instagram, but I really do think that the first card should have some sort of “memories of roses past” kind of title. And I completely agree that the rose gold against the dark background is incredibly striking. Thank you so much for sharing with us!
Just wonderful. I love the dreamy feel of the first one, and how the colors of the second one look amazing with the embossing powder. The last one is more simple, but no less wonderful. I love the shine of the gold against that shade of blue. Thank you.
Laurel, three very different designs. Normally I would go for the floral as my favourite but on this occasion it was the second design with the contrast of the rose gold embossing powder to the navy card stock it was an amazing effect. Will have to try this one out. :O)
So beautiful! You are so creative. I love seeing your cards!
Did you spray the peony notes cards with water after you stamped with distress inks? It is so soft and misty looking!
