HELLO! Welcome to The Ton Anniversary Release blog hop!  WOOT WOOT!!!  Today I have two projects to share featuring some  products from the newest release!   The first is a simple gold/black card using the Morning Glory Background stamp! I LOVE this stamp. I love all of their background stamps!!!! They are fantastic, a perfect size and really all you need to make a card! The sentiment is from The Timeless Icon sentiment set. That set has a lot of amazing quotes.. Check it out!!! I heat embossed everything with my favorite gold embossing powder!

My next card is a vellum shaker card! Shaker cards scare me and take me FOREVER, so I don’t make them too often! LOL! But when I do, I like to use Vellum instead of a clear plastic. Just a tiny little spin on a shaker.  I used lots of The Ton gilding to fill my shaker… The fun sentiment is from the Like A Boss stamp set and the bear is from the Honey Bears stamp set.. I heat embossed it onto the vellum by applying my heat gun to the BACK of the vellum first and then flipped it over and finished on the front side. This avoided warping the vellum. It also helps to use a  super strong Vellum.

The bear is super glittery because I colored him with Wink of Stella glitter pens. I mooshed (don’t you love that word, lol) the Lofty Mint ink pad onto some white card stock and then die cut the top panel. I LOVE The Ton inks. Have you checked it out? I have every single color! Lofty Mint and Rose Bangle gold are my favorites. And their black ink is a great, solid black! And once it dries, it is completely Copic friendly.

Any funny sentiment about glitter is a crack up. If a project didn’t work out quite like we wanted, we’d say…well, just sprinkle it with glitter and call it Christmas! BTW…great background stamp…love them Morning Glories!
