Ok, I am not gonna lie. This paper bow kicked my behind!!!!! In the February edition of Cards Magazine, the monthly technique illustrated step by step instructions on how to make the perfect paper bow (page 73). The instructions were flawless and easy to follow, but I tell you what, I had a hart time making this thing. It finally came together the best way I knew how with some tweaking and pulling and tearing and gluing!! I wanted the flower to the focal point of my card since I slaved over it and all. HA HA! Wee Memories has the PERFECT sketch challenge this week.
I paired the paper rose with Lawn Fawn’s My Silly Valentine. Hope you like it.
There is still time to play along in the Lawnscaping Challenge! You have until Wednesday so get inky and play along!
You would never know by looking at your flower that you struggled at all, Laurel! Beautiful!
