Everyday should be Spa day, lol!!! I LOVE this set from the latest Essentials by Ellen release. Have you seen it? Be sure to check out yesterday’s post because I have a giveaway! I knew the moment I saw this set I had to create green facial mask while she relaxed and sipped on fruit infused water! Speaking of infused water, I love a mixture of strawberries and cucumbers! It’s absolutely refreshing. I am not a fan of water so I have to add some kind of flavor to it or I won’t drink it.
Back to the card – ha! To create the mask, I simply tinted some white embossing paste with green ink (I used just a dab of mowed lawn distress ink)! The coordinating dies made putting this card together a breeze.
The spa chickie was colored with Copics. I could have added the cucumbers from the set over her yes! That would have been super cute! But I didn’t so moving on, lololol!!!! I created the entire scene inside a masked half circle! I just cut a piece of masking paper (or you can use a stickie note or piece of printer paper) and adhered it onto the card and then sponged on some worn lipstick distress ink. Easy peasy!!!!
The latest Essentials by Ellen release is absolutely amazeballs! I encourage you top pop over and just take a looksie! I do have a giveaway on yesterdays post so be sure to check it out!
