It is in the 90’s here in Florida. So wishful thinking of it getting cool, I decided to pull out this stamp set and coordinating die cut and create a frosty family in the snow at night…. I created the snowbanks using this and the cute little snowman accessories were watercolored with Inktense pencils. The background was created with distress inks. I love how the snowflakes turned out, don’t you? It’s also World Cardmaking Day so I just had to post a card today! 🙂
A little wink of stella on the hat and scarves to finish it off! Is it cool where you are? What is the weather like for you? I so long for some cool weather. But in Florida, that rarely ever comes… I love the cold. I keep it super cold in my house…. My husband is always freezing but oh well! Get a jacket, lol!
Have a great day!
Aw, that is so cute, Laurel!! I really like how the snowflakes turned out, too! It’s suppose to be in the 80s in PA today! I hope it starts to feel like fall soon! Have fun making cards today! 🙂
Oh wow!! Love this card!!! And wish I was there were its cold! Ha ha!!! South Carolina weather is swampy, humid and hot (similar to Florida!) for about 10 months of the year! That night sky is gorgeous and I love the way you colored all of those amazing accessories for the snowmen! (Especially that red/brown scarf! So fun!!)
Very cute card. Just love it. Thanks for sharing.
It was in the 60’s around here when we headed out on our Harley but is was up to 70 when we came back 200 miles later! Love your card, Laurel!
Love these sweet snowmen and I also love cold weather!! I live in California so we get lots of warm weather but I am always waiting for Autumn and winter1
Love the scene. I don’t like the cold and rarely have the air conditioner on until it’s in the high (very high) 90s here in sunny California. It’s actually been chilly in the mornings here with wind gusting up to 40 miles an hour.
Such a fun Wintery card, Laurel!
Love the background and the fluffy snow!
Love those snowmen too! 🙂
Don’t like the cold … love Spring and Summer!
