My day ended with me starting a fire in my fireplace with the flue closed! I thought I had opened it, but boy was I wrong. House filled up with smoke, all the fire alarms went off and I could get the flue open and the smoke kept a coming! Finally, my husband got home, got some kind of gloves on and reached in the fire place with a huge fire blazing and unjammed the flue. Opened all the windows and doors (and it was 45 degrees outside) to air out the house. We are all bundled up head to toe. Here is a picture of our wonderful fire before I realized my house was quickly filling with smoke!
Anyway, you aren’t here to hear me complain. I downloaded Lauren Meader’s sled template she is offering for FREE to newsletter subscribers. Her store is going live on January 4th but she is giving a few sneak peeks with some great free downloads including a template and digital paper! I used the digital paper (flowers on top) and free downloadable sled for my project today.
I am not too happy with it, but it is what it is! I sure wish I was more creative! 🙂 Here are a few photos of our Chirstmas Tree and the presents we have wrapped so far.
