Hello and welcome to another fun Simon Says Stamp challenge!!!! We’ve got another fun theme in store for you all!!! TRANSPORT!!!!! That’s pretty much anything. Planes, trains, automobiles, hot air balloons, and ask sweet Lols said, donkeys! LOL!!!!!!! The Design Team is using Basic Grey products this week…..Here is what I created:
The background paper is from Basic Grey’s hopscotch paper pad…. See the tone on tone pink background? That is from the Borders set by Studio Calico. I wanted the white wash look so I applied a heavy coating of Picket Fence distress stain over the top. The grass? That’s distress PAINT. And the balloon has a wonderful coating of Rock Candy dried stickles on it but it’s hard to see in the photo….
I also added a little bit of shading to the balloon using a Copic. I took my fingernail and distressed the edges of the pink panel….
The wonderfully amazing and sweet Heidi is offering up a $50 gift certificate to the Simon Says Stamp online store!!!!!! HELLO!!!!!! That’s awesome!!!
Please don’t forget to join in with our Send a Card to Maddy Card Drive, we have a whopping $100 voucher to give away !! More details HERE
Also we have a Simon Says Stamp Summer School currently happening over on the Simon Says Stamp Blog ! Lots of fabulous designers are taking part and there are lots of Goody Bags to win !!
