Die Cutting Ellen Hutson Heat Embossing Water Coloring

November Pin-Sights Challenge: Fall Leaves

Today, I have created two cards based on the latest Color Trends Inspiration Photo for the Ellen Hutson Pin-Sights Challenge.  I pulled out the Rustic Botanicals stamp set and stamped the various leaves in different colors on one piece of cardstock and then trimmed it down using the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside die so I could create two cards from one background.

Did a little heat embossing for the first card…. And for the second card, I stamped the large sentiment from the Plant Ladies Say stamp set. Very simple but yet striking. The watercolored panel (Purple/Pink) was created with a quick wash of watercolors…..

Here is a look at the Pin-Sights Color Trend Inspiration photo. To play along in the challenge, head on over to the CLASSroom!  A randomly selected participant will win a $50 shopping spree to the store.

Love the way you used the colours for the challenge. The black pulls the 2 halves together. Those botanicals are a versatile set.
