I love making holiday cards in non-traditional colors. So when I saw the Curtain Call Color Challenge this week, I knew I had to play along and make it a Christmas card. My new love, the stencil flower by Hero Arts, was perfect. Who says all Christmas cards has to have Santa or stockings or Christmas lights on them?!? Pairing the flower up with Teeny Tiny Backdrops from Lawn Fawn, I came up with this. I also finally got to try out my new Tim Holtz Distress Ink Color, Dusty Concord. I inked up the image after heat embossing it in clear! Color really pops! My favorite Merry Christmas sentiment is from Wilsons Design. I love the font.
i love this! and the music notes as the background!!
beautiful! thanks for playing the Curtain Call!
