Ok….. Seriously. This umbrella from My Time Made Easy is seriously the cutest thing ever!! I printed doublesided cardstock using the My Time Made Easy Bringing Home Baby Boy digital paper. Cute, Cute, cute…. I stuffed it with Jelly Beans and used Tulle to tie it all together. The hardest part of this template for me was cutting the handle. I don’t have a personal cutter. I use good old fashioned scissors… So the handle is less than perfect in my opinion, but I did the best I could with it!
This project also qualifies for the JUGS Challenge this week. The color palette was inspired by the Papertrey Ink Spring Challenge. I didn’t utilize the purple on the umbrella because I wanted to keep it gender appropriate but I did do is add some purple jelly beans in the mix… LOL! I am taking a lunch break and off to make another one of Lauren’s templates this afternoon so check back! I am hoping this one will make you “hop” out of your seats! – HINT.
This is ADORABLE!! Awesome job w/the cutting, girlie!
Laurel this is super cute – I have not even had a chance to make up this fantastic little template myself. Don’t worry about perfection – having a cutter is handy but certainly not mandatory. Love that you printed double sided paper – isn’t that so cool!!? Thanks so much for supporting Just Us Girls by participating in our challenges. We appreciate your playing along with us as one of our “regulars” – I hope that means you are having fun with us.
So cute! I love the fluffy tulle accent you used on the underside. Thanks so much for playing with Just Us Girls!
