EDIT: I had to go back and edit this card. I just didn’t like it. This was one of those cards where “less is more” is better….
Above is the revised card. Below is the “old” card…. Much better, don’t you agree?
Greetings blog world!! I was able to squeeze in some time today to make a quick card…. I found some cute DP in my stash and paired it up with PTI’s Lemon Tart cardstock and my Nestabilities Label 9 die. The butterfly is from Martha Stewart and I colored it with COPICS. The sentiment is from Hero Arts. And the cute dotted line? That is from Lawnfawn’s How Delightful set. I added a few lines with my scor-bug for a finishing touch…. Thanks to CardPatterns for the sketch inspiration….
Question. How many of you have piles and piles and piles of cards sitting in your craft room?
I do! I need to mail some out! Seriously, I make all these cards and don’t do anything with them!
Is anyone else like that?
Oh that is way cute! Yea girl mail those suckers out! They’ll totally make someone’s day!
So elegant and sunshine card!

This is absolutely adorable Laurel! Love that touch of patterned paper peeking out.
Very pretty! I love how you’ve done the frame with patterned paper, it looks lovely. Must try that!
