NEW Brutus Monroe Embossing Powder colors PLUS stamps from The Ton Stamps! What a wonderful marriage…… Let’s take an up close look. All supplies used are linked at the end of this post.
The Dahlia Bouquet image is very fun to color. But when you heat emboss the image with Pink Champagne embossing powder before coloring? Woah.
I love cherry blossoms ever since stumbling on them in Washington DC. This stamp set paired with the Sandcastle embossing powder is simply stunning.
Not only does the Sandcastle embossing powder look great for foliage, it also works for sand on the beach too (card coming very soon showcasing that). As with all Brutus Monroe embossing powders (and why I am such a huge fan), they are metallic, super fine and don’t flake off (which is why I am not a fan of any kind of glitter)..
The sparkle from the embossing powders. The elegance of the gorgeous stamps… And Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. Oh yes! Anytime coloring with the Zigs, I always always always use Bristol paper. I find any other paper too difficult to work with… Bristol and Zigs blend beautifully.
That’s it for today! Tomorrow I’ll be back with 3 cards from the latest Catherine Pooler release!!! See you then.
Beautiful cards Laurel. I love coloring with Zigs also
