Multi Colored Layered Hummingbird

Hi there! I am over on The Ton’s blog today featuring this card!! Isn’t this bird delicious???  I just adore it. This is my first official bird stamp I have ever owned and I love it!!!! It’s a layering set so there are lots of things you can do with it! I made this card using the bird. BUT, when I saw the designers over at The Ton create multi colored birds, I HAD to do it! I just had to! The colors I used for the bird are linked below in the supply list. It’s fantastic the detail you get from this layering set……. The sentiment is also from the set…..

I paired the bird with a stenciled watercolored background using this stencil from The Crafter’s Workshop. I had created the background first, and some time ago, and chose the colors of the bird based on the colors from the background, lol!!! Oh, the bird is popped up with foam dimension!

That’s all I’ve got for you today!!! I hope you have a wonderful week!

Hi Laurel ~ Gorgeous card!! That bird just seems like it would be SO much work to color and, for me, the margin of error so high. I’m off to check out The Ton’s blog so I can really check it out. Love birds so maybe this one is calling my name! ~HUGS~
