Monkeys and a mermaid is not something you would typically see together. Monkeys are land critters and mermaids are sea critters. But in celebration of Mermaid Week over at the Ellen Hutson CLASSroom, why not join them together in an afternoon of friendship and bananas. I am using the stamp set and die set called Love Ya Bunches. This stamp/die set was designed by Lawn Fawn exclusively for the Ellen Hutson United We Flourish campaign. To learn more about the stamp set and campaign, check out THIS post.
I am also participating in the current Ellen Hutson Mix It Up Challenge. I hope that you will check out the challenge and play along. All you need to do to play is use any Essentials by Ellen product AND any Lawn Fawn product,
I colored all the images with Copic markers, used a white Liquid Applique pen for some wave detail and used some woodgrain cardstock for the background. Mermaids eat bananas right? The are high in potassium and help with upset tummies from all the motion sickness she might get from swimming around in rough waters…. yea… sure… let’s go with that shall we?
I hope that you will stop by the CLASSroom and check out the current Mix It Up Challenge post…. And play along because a randomly selected participant will win 50 bucks to the Ellen Hutson store. Who is up for a shopping spree? Anything on your wish list?
Thanks so much for stopping by today! :):)
