It’s Lawnscaping challenge time! And this week, we have a fun challenge for you. It’s all about TEXT! You can do a number of things…. Create a text using stamps or background stamp. Or even an embossing folder or book/newspaper! Lots of possibilities here!
I chose to incorporate text on my background and on the typewriter sheet. That fun brick background was made using one of the Crafter’s Workshop templates and some glimmer mist. I took the click/clack image and cut it in half (GASP! I know. But clear stamps are awesome and you can easily cut your images if you want to) so I could easily stamp the sentiment out side by side in an uneven sort of way and I drew the lines using a Memento marker. All supplies are listed below.
Our sponsor this week is the fabulous Lawn Fawn!!!! And Mrs. Lawn Fawn herself has created an awesome Christmas Tag for this challenge. Be sure to check out the blog! The winner will receive a stamp set of his/her choice and with the new release, I’m sure you guys have a wish list a mile long! :)…
Be sure to head on over to the Lawnscaping blog and see all the inspiration from the design team and our THREE special guest designers!
super fun texty card Laurel! Thanks for the Guest DT spot…such a fun challenge!!!!!!
Fun card! I like the “click clack” along the bottom. 🙂
No worries — I cut my clear stamps apart ALOT. I once got an angry e-mail when I did it in a video! 🙂 But cut away I say! The more versatility the better!
This is super cute! I love that sentiment. Your new blog background looks great too!
Cute card! I love the brick background you created and how you split up the sentiment! ;o)
Super fun, Laurel! We used the same set! Great minds!
