Lawnscaping Challenge: SKETCH sponsored by Simon Says Stamp

Hi Everyone! Today’s Lawnscaping Challenge day! I love these days because I LOVE these challenges!!!!!!!!!!!! Today’s challenge is a sketch challenge designed by our very own March Guest Designer, Chari Moss. We are sponsored by the fabulous SIMON SAYS STAMP!!!!

And here is what I created for this challenge using mostly new Lawn Fawn stamps and paper:

The background was created using The Crafter’s Workshop mini template, Mr Huey’s mist and some distress ink flicked on with my finger. Using my copics, I colored one of the chevron stamps and cut to size. The balloon was also colored with copics. I added some highlights using an orange uniball pen and then put a heavy coat of glossy accents over the top! The balloon string is twine from The Twinery. I stiffened it up using Glossy Accents. The sentiment is from the new You’ve Got Mail set. All supplies are at the end of this post!   I added some texture to the gnome by coloring with copics and using these super cool korean pens my good friend and fellow DT member sent me, Melania Deasy.
