Lawnscaping Challenge: POLKA DOTS 3d BALLOON

Hello everyone and welcome to another Lawnscaping Challenge! The theme of this week’s challenge is POLKA DOTS! Who doesn’t like getting their dot on??? I tried to stretch it a bit and use some patterned paper that  could be interpreted into polka dots, but in case that wasn’t clear, I added a dotted background too, lol!

I made a 3-d balloon here for an extra surprise for the recipient. It can smooshed down to go thru the mail and popped up when opened… How fun.
