Lawnscaping Challenge: Dots and/or Stripes sponsored by ELLEN HUTSON

Happy Monday folks! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. The day I started feeling better is the day my son woke up with a fever! Surely after this, we will all be healthy and back to resuming regular life activities!!!! Today we’ve got a fun challenge for you! Think dots. Think stripes. Think both! Whatever your pleasure! Since I’ve had the crud for the past two weeks, I really didn’t have too much energy to get into the craft room. But, some new Lawn Fawn arrived in my mailbox and I knew I had to break into the Party Balloons dies stat! So cute! I colored some of the bunnies from the Snow Day stamp set and arranged them to appear as if they were holding the balloon strings…

So the stripes? See the subtle stripes in the background? I used some of the newly released Cracked Pistachio distress ink over the Simon Says Stamp Diagonal stencil. And the dots???   Those are the Pico IrRESISTible Pico Embellishers. I used Tuxedo Black and Wedding Dress. And to add some landscaping, I die cut some grass using the Grassy Border die.
