Today is the first Monday of the month, which means Lawnscaping Challenge day! WHOOP!! The theme for the challenge is ALL ABOUT LOVE!
With Valentines Day coming up, we just had to be cliche.
I pulled out my Lawn Fawn Critters in the Burbs, My Silly Valentine and Teeny Tiny Backdrops for this card….
I wanted to make a boy and girl dog so all I gave her some eyelashes and a little heart collar. I put a heavy coat of glossy accents on the collar and the heart.
The patterned paper is from October Afternoon. I inked distressed the edges with Tim Holtz Vintage Photo.
I have a few other Valentines Day themed cards I started, but am still trying to recover from my surgery so wasn’t able to finish them! Wah! I’ll post them just as soon as I do!
I hope you all will play along with the Lawnscaping Challenge! This is such a fun challenge and the sky is the limit with this one. Get your creative juices flowing! You have until Wednesday, February 16th to play along! Up for grabs to one lucky participant is ANY Lawn Fawn set of your choosing!
Be sure to swing by the Lawnscpaping Blog to see what the design team created. Be prepared to be inspired because they knocked my socks off!
Super cute, the eyelashes are a fantastic idea!
Very sweet!
This is SOOOO cute! I love the eyelashes on the little girl doggie! She’s adorable! The heart and the bling look great too!
Love it Laurel. How fun! I love all of the distressy/aging goodness here!!
Oh a girl dog! How cute! I haven’t gotten to use my dog stamp yet. This card is just great!
Aww a boy dog and a girl dog, what a cute couple they make 🙂
