Haven’t posted in a long time because we have been on the go for about a month. We took our first trip to Sea World, which Lucas really enjoyed…. He loved looking at the sharks and the whales. I think we will definitely make that an annual trip. And thanks to the owners, they offer free admission to active military once a year…
We just got back from a trip to the cabin and a visit with my brother and the family! My parent’s bought the house next door to theirs to fix up and rent/sell. That was quite an ordeal and not something I would ever have the courage to invest in, but hopefully it will work out…. I posted a “Painters Wanted” ad on Craigslist and my father received 20 calls in one hour. One guy arrived with this crew at out doorsteps ready to paint, so we had to hussle and pick the paint colors and purchase the paint. Can’t wait to see the finished product. I am not a visualist. It is hard for me to see what the house COULD be when I saw it in the condition it was in. Apparently, the house was forclosed on and he took everything from applicances, to vanities to ceiling vents. It was crazy!
