Hello Santa using Perfect Pearls and Copics

Inspired by the fabulous lessons by Jennifer McGuire, I decided to take a stab at using Perfect Pearls. Man does she make it look easy!!!! I stamped the flourish with Versamark and applied red perfect pearls all over the top. It is so shiny in person. I took the left over red powder and spritzed it with some water and painted Santa’s clothes red. He is one sparkly, jolly fellow. The rectangle strip was made using the last bit of powder, I sprayed more water and just soaked the color up into the paper. This card is so strinkingly shiny in person. I just found it IMPOSSIBLE to capture on photo. Now again, allow me to reiterate. This was my first time EVER using perfect pearls, so go easy on me!!

I was inspired by the following two challenges:

Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge

Cupcake Creations Color Challenge:

Ready To Take Off by Hampton Art (Hobby Lobby), Hero Arts Bold Flourish and PTI Christmas Sentiments; Perfect Pearls; Copics; water spritzer;  Neenah Card Stock (Solar White, Desert Storm); Hero Arts Watercolor Paper
