Today I have a very quick and easy card I made that is super easy to mass produce for all the loves in your life! Using all Simon Says Stamp exclusives, I created this baby in the amount of time it took my son to eat his oatmeal, lol! I LOVE the look of embossing powder over the embossing paste! Here I used the translucent embossing paste, which gives it a clear, glossy finish instead of the white embossing paste, which gives it a white puffy finish….. I’ll have a video up tomorrow showing you the difference between the two as well as another card using embossing paste and embossing powder.
I love how the hearts pop up off the page, which is the reason why I used embossing paste instead of just heat embossing with versamark and the embossing powder….. If you haven’t taken the Stenciled Online card class, you should! They have tons of ideas on how to make the most out of your stencils and even how to make your own!
There’s also a new challenge in town! The Naughty or Nice Challenge! I chose to go with nice this time around, but I’ve got a great stamp set that will work perfectly for the naughty theme, he he he!

Oh I love this!! I haven’t tried heat embossing over embossing paste yet, but I really really want to!! It’s on my to do list! Lol!! The aqua hearts look so cool!!! And I’m with you – the raised look totally adds to the fun of the card!! And LOVE LOVE LOVE that sentiment!! It’s adorable! Can’t wait to check out this new challenge site!!
