Happy Sunday everyone! I am especially proud of this one because I incorporated tons of fabric tape, Copics and my frequently used favorite, Tim Holtz distress inks. I was inspired by the EBTKS sketch challenge and the colors from my most favorite color challenge site, OTWC!
I lined the base of my Kraft card stock with fabric tape purchased from Practicing Creativity. I stamped the images from The Whole Cycle (Practicing Creativity) and colored them with Copics. I love the sentiment. It’s from an Inkadinkado set I have had for a while but never had the opportunity to use yet ( I don’t think) where they created a clear set of cute kid’s quotes… And finally, my ever trusty Tim Holtz distress inks. I am in love….
SUPPLIES: Stamps: The Whole Cycle (Practicing Creativity), Friendly Advice (Inkadinkado); Tim Holtz Distress Inks (Bundled Sage, Tea Dye), Memento Tuxedo Black; Copics; fabric tape
I also wanted to share with you my storage for my Copics. I was storing them in coffee mugs of all things, which was taking up lots of room. I went on Amazon.com and got this Copic Wallet. They sell them in various sizes. I got the one that holds 72 markers. You would think with all the markers I own I would be some kind of expert, but I am not! I MUST take a class because I have no idea what I am doing!!! When my husband saw all of these markers, he just about croaked! LOL!!! Have a great day!
Laurel this is too cute! I loved how you worked both challenges! Love the fabric tape! Thanks for joining in the fun and playing along with us at OTWC and Good luck! 🙂
