Welcome to the we love Joy and wanted her to know it Blog Hop! LOL! It’s her birthday and the fabulous Linda organized this fantastic blog hop for Joy! You should have come to my by way of Latrice! If you get lost, no worries. Head on back to Linda’s blog for the full list of hoppers!!!!!
Since this card is for Joy, it was only customary that I use her as inspiration for what I made, and what better inspiration than her video from today! Look at the distress stain clock! Wowzers! So following that cue, I made this:
The birthday cake is from Lawn Fawn and I heat embossed the inside with images from the Hero Arts Sweet Threads set and then did exactly what Joy did in her video, applied lots of distress stains…. SO FUN! I am definitely going to do this on a bigger scale, a background perhaps.
The polka dots is from Penny Black are stamped in Jenni Bowlin ink! All the supplies used are listed below!
Joy, Happy birthday!!!!!!!! Next, hop on over to Britta’s blog and see what she has in store for Joy!
