Hi everyone! I love stamping on kraft cardstock! I love how the colors just pop off the page!! I don’t know why I don’t do it more…. With this card, I chose a few stamp sets from the lastest Essentials by Ellen release and combined them with some pigment and dye inks… All the exact supplies used will be linked at the end of this post.
To start, I stamped the images with Unicorn white pigment ink. The images are from Bold Blooms and the grateful sentiment is from Fancy Thanks. The entire winter release is just fantastic. I encourage you to check it out. After the white ink dried, I slightly offset the images and stamped them with various color pigment inks. If you look closely, you will see the flowers were adhered to a woodgrain design card panel. SOOO pretty. For a sentiment, I stamped the grateful image and hand cut a leaf and popped it up with some dimensional tape… Done and done.
A few updates for you…
I’ve got a video up on the Blitsy Youtube Channel that showcases the Ranger Liquid Pearls that are available over at Blitsy right now at a huge discount.
Earlier in the week, I was showcased Tim Holtz distress minis and storage tin (they are sold out now but will be back soon). I’m sharing this with you in case you weren’t familiar with the minis and were intrigued….
Have you seen the 3o day color challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin? I’ve been playing along (we are on day 3 now) and this card is a result from day 2’s coloring… 🙂 PLAY ALONG. It’s so much fun. You don’t have to make full projects… Just color something with whatever medium you have….
And last, but certainly not least, don’t forget about the Essentials by Ellen MIX IT UP CHALLENGE that launched yesterday! SO MUCH FUN!
