Glossy Hot Air Balloon

By Laurel on February 3, 2011

Thank you all for your prayers! The surgery went very well and I am home recovering… I made a couple of cards earlier in the week.  I was blown away by the amazing colors from the CR84FN Color Challenge this week. Gorgeous. Red, Turquoise and Brown!

I pulled out my Practicing Creativity stamps (Look Up) and paper pieced the big balloon with some patterned paper by October Afternoon. I applied a thick coat of Glossy Accents over the top and stamped the base of the card with the Hero Arts Clouds stamp.

Lovely card. I love the background you created with the clouds, and the balloon pops out at you. Very 3-D.
