Howdy ho folks and happy Tuesday to you! I enjoyed the long weekend! My husband had no work and my son had no school so we had a fun day at the park! The day before we drove an hour and a half to a pancake house. I know, that sounds ridiculous. BUT, it’s all this old sugarmill in a historical park so we made a day of it!!! I love weekends like that… Memory makers…
Do you follow me on Instagram? I usually share a sneak of my projects over there and see if you can guess the product I used! It’s fun, AND it enables me all at the same time with some of the product guesses! Ha! Today’ I’ve pulled out the Cozy Christmas stamp set and created this tag. Don’t let the name fool you. This stamp set can be used year round! I LOVE those solid houses and I love the sentiment font! The solid O’s won my heart!!! To create the tag, I used the Stitched Journaling card die from Lawn Fawn! Just punched a hole and threaded some twine, and voila.. Tag!
To create the colored background, I used my distress inks and see the snow drops????? I finally got a hold of some IrRESISTible Pico Embellisher by Tsukineko. I LOVE that fine tip and the colors offered. I bought some in Wedding Dress (shown here, it’s white), Clear and Shimmer…. Goes on quickly and easily and dries super fast! I’ve also just ordered it in black because it would be perfect for eyes! And the bottles don’t clog. The cap has a little needle in it that goes into the tube when you close it. Pretty darn smart.
Thanks so much for popping by today and I hope that you all have a fabulous week!!!

Fun tag and I love pancakes:)
Great to hear you enjoyed the weekend, and driving 1.5 hours to a favourite pancake house: I’d totally do that, too! Love pancakes! Fabulous tag, especially since you’ve shown how versatile this stamp set is!
such a cool tag! love the snow you added! i’ve been wondering if i should break down and get a pico embellisher for a while…! and i LOOOOVE the texture here! awesome tag!
What a great way to enjoy the long weekend!!! My favorite pancake house is only 10 minutes away…lucky me! 🙂 But, they’re only open for a few hours in the morning and almost always there’s a waiting list!! I adore your tag!!! I definitely need to get some of that embellisher after seeing your tag. I have never seen it used before. Love how it turned out.
Hi Laurel… love the tag! I have a question… which pancake house?? The Sugar Mill in Deleon Springs?? Just curious – I used to go there all the time when I was in college and wondered if that was the one you went to!!
