DEASY DESIGNS REVEAL: BOO TO YOU (plus giveaway) AND VIDEO

By Laurel on August 20, 2012

Welcome to our first reveal post! We are releasing two sets sure to get you in the holiday spirit! Both sets will be available for purchase at midnight EST on Wednesday, 8/22 over at our store at www.clear.deasydesigns.com!

Today is the full reveal of our Halloween set, Boo to You! I personally love this set!!!! I love that we made a cute, non creepy Halloween set that has so many possibilities!!!!! You can build a family with the ghost and pumpkins! The cute witch can hold the broom or ride on the broom.  The pumpkins and cat can even sit on the broom, he he… The skyline is just amazing, never seen anything like that before!!!! The cauldron and potion bottle remind me of Harry Potter! I just love Harry Potter!

I had fun crafting with this set!!! Here is what I made:

I love that witch! She is so happy and cute! She is a nice witch!! Like Glenda was from the Wizard of Oz! I had to give her purple hair. Don’t ask me why! I just don’t know!

I created these fun treat containers to match the tag by stamping various images from the set…..

I’ve got a video for you today showcasing the set and also showing you how I made the tag and treat containers (they are technically called sour cream boxes I think)…..

[youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GiaIcrPfcWQ]

Check back tomorrow for the full reveal of our other set! You won’t want to miss it!  Be sure to head on over to the blog now so you can see what the rest of the design team and some special guest designers created using this set, Boo to You! Prepared to have your jaw drop! Seriously! Not even kidding!

GIVEAWAY!!!! What’s a release without a giveaway I say!!

All you have to do is follow our blog, facebook page and/or twitter page and then be sure to leave a comment on this post (and each of the design team members blogs linked in the sidebar) and you could win this set!!

You will have until Saturday, August 26/12 at 11:59PM EST to leave comments to be eligible to win.

See ya back here tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!

I always so appreciate someone taking the time to make a how to video, as I am a visual crafter and watching someone show a technique is so much better than reading instructions! Great tutorial and LOVE these sweet treat containers! Thanks for sharing!
