Hi there! Me and my dear friend Laura (who is only 17 years old by the away, amazeballs) are back with our 2nd installment of our Collaboration with the 2 L’s video series! Our first video, we chose to work with the same stamp set. In our videos, we are using this amazing mood board that Laura created as inspiration for our projects! It’s funny how different our projects are. That goes to show that inspiration is freeing! There is no right or wrong…. Be sure to check out her blog post too!
I was drawn to the soft pastels of this mood board. Specifically that top left picture. The bold, black stripes and the black/blue color combination? It’s delicious. Ironically, my first video in the series also used a striped background, lol! Sorry about that! I apparently love black, bold stripes! What can I say…
I used a lot of Winnie and Walter goodies in this card! I heart them so!!! All the supplies are linked below to multiple sources…. And I kept the black/blue color scheme going while doing some watercoloring with distress ink… I added quite a bit of detail to that little camera and stitched circle panel, lol! You’ve got distress ink, white spray drops, perfect pearls, h2o.. LOL! Oh, wink of stella, glossy accents… HAHAHA! That’s so funny.
You can watch the video here on the blog or over on my youtube channel in HD!
Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! Be sure to head on over to Laura’s blog to see her wonderful project and video!

Popping in with a quick ‘hi’ before I begin the ‘I don’t want to go’ task of packing for my trip home! Can’t believe I’ve been with my mom for a month…and oh what a month! As sad as I am to leave (tears guaranteed the entire 4 hour drive home!), we’re planning on returning next weekend. Your card is absolutely delightful! I’ll be watching your video during the week, as I know it will give me not only inspiration, but a whole lot of spirit-boosting! Looking forward to your L&L collaboration details!
