Hello there! Today I have a fun card to share with you I made ions ago and is still one of my favorites! Black/White/Pink color combo with a coffee loving panda? What can be more cuter? I used the Panda Can’t Even stamp set and coordinating die from The Ton for this card. After stamping and die cutting the panda bear, I used the negative space of the cardstock and used it as a stencil if you will. I blended in some Worn Lipstick distress ink thru the negative space to create pink panda shadows! 🙂 The sentiment is from the Let’s Mingle stamp set. The little coffee cup? I’m not sure! I think it’s an oldie from Sweet Stamp shop…. I adhered it to a panel I stamped with the Minor Stripes stamp set. A little glitter overlay using the Spectrum Noir Glitter Overlay pen I thought would be a nice touch!
And of course, I’m sorry! My signature ink splatters using my favorite black texture spray! Sorry, but I rarely can resist the ink splatters! I have issues. Ink splatter issues.
Tata for now!!!
Very cute Laurel!! I love the little panda stamps. The background is so pretty in pink!
Totally cute! LOVE it.
Hola Laurel ~ Can I just say that I blame YOU, Laurel Beard, for my addictions to The Ton AND Distress Inks????? Just so you know and I hope you feel guilty!! LOL This Panda is adorable and I love how you used the negative space as a stencil. Been known to do that a time or two myself. Oh, yeah! And I’m addicted to the ink splatter too! Both black and white. Sooooo…..thank you for that too!! ;-D Enjoy the rest of your week. ~HUGS~
Such a cute card!
Creative use of the negative space, Laurel…totally adorable card, Sistah!
