Coconut Snowman

Since I’ve got snow on my mind, here’s another cute/yummy snowman idea. Vanilla ice cream, rolled in coconut. Black licorice candies for the buttons, eyes, and mouth. A marzipan nose, and a toasted marshmallow atop a chocolate cookie for his hat. If I liked coconut, I would eat this right now. But I figure a lot of folks out there like coconut, so here you go.
