Clean and Simple: From Owl Of Us

By Laurel on October 30, 2011

Today’s card is a pretty quick and easy card to make and definitely easily to replicate for card sets, gifts, etc…. I finally got my hands on Jenny Suchin’s stamp set, Owl Be Thinking of You! The cutest darn owls ever! I wanted to make something quick and customized for my family. We’ve got Daddy Owl, Mommy Owl and Lucas owl! Tee hee!!! The stars are colored with a glitter pen for a little extra shine and texture! And I used twine to imitate a branch for the owls to sit on.

I am entering this card into a few challenges… I rarely have time to participate in challenges these days, let alone combine a few…. But these challenges were too fabulous to pass up.

The CAS-ual Fridays sketch challenge, The Less Is More challenge (CAS using stars), Lily Pads Texture challenge  and the Simon Says Stamp Anything Goes challenge. That’s a lot of challenges/inspiration for one clean and simple card, wouldn’t you say?

Thanks for stopping by! Supply list is below! Click and buy! 🙂
