Cheer up Buttercup!

By Laurel on July 15, 2009

A friend of mine was down in the dumps due to life’s challenges thrown her way, so I made her this card to cheer her up. What do you guys think?

Someone on the Papertrey Ink forum was kind enough to lead me to this online tutorial that showed me how to take my scalloped circle punches and turn them into flowers! I didn’t want to have to spend a bunch of $$ on more punches (you’re welcome dear husband), so I am glad I was able to use what I had to make the flowers! I distressed the edges with pure poppy ink!

I used the scorpal to make the background.
