So grateful

I adore the Peace, Love and Holly stamp set and die. Making a clean and simple card, with some very light watercoloring and some patterned paper? Yes please. Super duper easy to mass produce as well! To create the subtle watercolor, I simply stamped the images with CP ink and then took a wet paint brush to blend out some of the color. EASY!

Another way to create a beautifully simple card is by blending on some ink, flicking on some water drops and then adhering the holly image with no coloring whatsoever! Wuite eye catching, don’t you think?

And finally, let’s talk about this coverplate. Absolutely stunning. And the detail on this die is unbelievable….. I just squirted on some metallic ink spray and adhered it to a black card base… Again, super easy but very eye catching.

The entire release is available now! You can see all the products by clicking HERE! Be sure to check it out because there are loads more products available.. Bunnies, Birch Trees, Snowflakes…..

If kisses were snowflakes….

I have never owned a pinecone stamp set and this one I just HAD to have…. This stamp set is called Pinecone Greetings is part of the newest Catherine Pooler release called called Nordic Wood.. It also has a coordinating die set as well.  Using just two ink colors, I was able to create this beautiful ink blended pinecone card!

It’s no secret, Catherine Pooler inks are my go to inks….. They blend beautiful as well as react to water! Just a few flicks of water and that completed this card!

Also part of this release, is some gorgeous patterned paper. I used to hoard patterned paper, then I decided I prefer making my own with stamps so I purged all my paper. But then I saw this set and had to have it….. Pairing it with the pinecones was a no brainer.

Pairing it with the Cuddle Weather sentiment set just completed the card.

Tomorrow, I’ll have a few projects showcasing a holly stamp set and cover die so be sure to pop back over then!!!! Tata for now!

Christmas is on my brain…. Have a Jolly Holiday.

Who has Christmas on the brain? Anyone…. With all the things going on world wide, I need some festive inspiration to really get my brain in a positive place. The Jolly Holiday release from Catherine Pooler came at the perfect time. I sat and played for hours…. No design in mind. Just played…. Wanna see what I came up with? Oh, and before I forget! Catherine has TWO NEW INK COLORS! I didn’t get them in time to use them on my cards, but do check out the first two items in the supply list at the end of this post. The red and green are GORGEOUS, deep shades….

A chalkboard snowman! Simple to achieve and oh so eye catching! The background is something I already had made previously so it took no time at all to pull this card together.  The snowman is from the Caroling Sentiments stamp set and coordinating die.

I adore the Jolly Trees stamp set… So many adorable shaped patterned tree. The Brand Ambassador made some killer projects with these trees so I wanted to try and show them off in a different way. So, I made a circle wreath! The trees outline the wreath and the sentiment is from the same stamp set as the snowman above!

Here are some more of those adorable trees. I summoned my inner mixed media gurus to create this card. It all started with a white piece of paper. Because Catherine’s inks react to water well, I was able to create a beautiful watercolored scene here.  See the grey? Just some swinking with Twilight Ink.

And lastly, some simple DIY patterned paper with some of the smaller images of the set! And loving the new Merry Christmas word die!

These handmade cards only showcase a small part of the new release. I link to ALL the new release below for you! It’s really amazing and I hope you’ll check it out!!!!!!
