Ellen Hutson Heat Embossing Techniques Water Coloring

But First Lattes Coffee Tea: Using small image to create background

Don’t forget about those small images in your stamp sets!!!! You know me and how I love my coffee and bubblegum tea…. So I grabbed the hot cocoa image from the Light Parade stamp set, stamped it in multiple directions using a pigment ink so I could do some heat embossing….. I LOVE the hot chocolate embossing powder from Nuvo. It is such a beautiful brown and I find myself reaching for it often…….

Once all my images were heat embossed, I loosely watercolored them and then stamped various sentiments from the Let’s Mingle stamp set. Popped those babies up with some foam dimensional tape and adhered the panel to a sage green card base……

Off to have… Coffee or bubblegum tea?  Hmm.. BOTH! 🙂
