Hello all! You may or may not have noticed I’ve been quiet lately! With the holidays here, things have just been so busy I haven’t even stepped foot in my craft room!

On top of that, my husband (who is a Navy Pilot) is up for new orders and it is looking like we may have to move away from my home town, the town I have lived in ALL OF MY LIFE! And on top of that, they are sea duty orders, which means deployment.
I am grateful for my family, our health and everything God has blessed me with- and that includes YOU! Thank you for joining me on my crafty journey! Your comments and views mean the world to me.

♡♡♡
hiya, i’ve moved 17 times until now across Europe, I have no roots but I call Delft my home now for 25 years… I’m sure you’ll be fine too! xxx
You have a beautiful family! I hope it all works out for you with the move! Happy New Year to you!
You have such a beautiful family, Laurel. ♡ My prayers are with you during this season of change. {hugs}
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and that the new year isn’t too difficult for you. It’s always difficult to leave behind a place where you have an identity and to find a new one in a place that’s new, unknown and sometimes scary. However with your family by your side, you’ll breeze through and before you know it, find yourself in the new place. There’s always something good in every place we live, just find it and it can be your talisman until you get more comfortable with the place. Best wishes.
Hi Laurel! It’s been a pleasure being a DTeamie with you! Have a wonderful New Years!
Awesome family photo, Laurel!! Sorry to hear about the potential move in your future. You’re in my thoughts!
You have a beautiful family!! Best wishes in the New Year! Hugs
Looks like the new year is going to bring you some new adventures. I hope you like your new place. I know it’s going to be difficult to move away from the place you have to lived all your life! Happy new year to you and yours!
Thinking of you, Laurel! I know how hard it is moving away from a place that you’re comfortable at. However, new adventure could be fun! I hope you get a place that you’ll love or even better, maybe it’ll be near me! 😉 xoxo
Love you and the family! I am there for you if you have any questions. When Donna got stationed on a ship in San Diego, we moved back to Florida from Germany so that I had my folks as part of my support network. Donna broke her leave in half and did two weeks every six months. It was rough on all of us but I think it may have been worse if I was in San Diego with George (he was four at the time) all by myself while she was on her 9 month deployments. Food for thought. Prayers either way for you! XOXO
God bless your husband and family. May you have a safe and happy New Year. I am forever grateful for the service of our military and their family sacrifices.
Best Wishes for 2016! Thank you for your family’s sacrifices for our country! God Bless YOU!
Praying for the best situation possible for your family & safety for your husband in his endeavors. Remember to bloom where you’re planted. Keep up the great inspiration & Thanks!
