Bikes, Buttons and Sparkle..

Good morning. I woke up at 5AM. Why in the world would I wake up at 5AM when I didn’t even go to sleep until after midnight is beyond me. However, it did give me a chance to catch up on all my blogs, decide which challenges I wanted to participate in for the week and have SEVERAL cups of coffee! I came across this challenge and was immediately drawn to it. I love this blog! They are Papertrey lovers over in the UK, hence the title of their blog, Passion for Papertrey! Their challenge was to create a CAS (clean and simple) card. Honestly, I really started out that way. My son woke up and helped me design the card! I was going for simple and then he asked for red sparkly polka dots and just evolved from there! I was still inspired by this challenge! I didn’t participate to win anything (which is good because I am located in the USA) and I am not even sure if this qualifies as CAS. I just love Papertrey and so do they, so we are a great match. And I have been wanting to use the bike stamp from this set for a LONG time! 🙂 I heat embossed the polka dots using red embossing powder. And I added a couple of score lines using my Scor-pal. I hope you like it.
