    So pretty with the Gelatos. I never thought of using them with layering stamps. Thanks for the tip about using gesso too.

    Thanks for pulling out the Gelatos. I am always looking for a way to use them better. I will try Gesso as I never thought I could successfully use a layering stamp with Gelatos but your lovely cards show that it can be done.

    Thank you for your tutorial on gelatos. I have seen them at Michaels but never purchased them. It was interesting to watch you create your poppy cards using this product.     Thank you SO much for sharing this technique. I haven’t pulled out my Gelatos in a long time — don’t know why. I love them but I guess it’s a case of “out of sight, out of mind.” I’ll be rectifying that soon because I can’t wait to try this. I don’t have the BAF Poppy set, but I have several Altenew layering stamps that I thing would word perfectly. Your cards, by the way, are gorgeous!

    I’ve seen gelatos floating around, but I haven’t really seen much done with them other than backgrounds, so this is new and exciting! I love how these turned out; the texture makes for a really interesting look. Thanks for sharing with us. (PS, I could practically feel your relief at doing some non-Christmas florals.
