A tad bit of information… PLUS GIVEAWAY

By Laurel on October 23, 2012

Hi everyone. No card today but I do have a little bit of information started to get your creative juices flowing. There are several challenges I have seen that look really fun to play along in.

1. The Lawnscaping Challenge – Try your hand at a new technique… The Design Team and Guest Designers have some amazing projects and new techniques to share with you all! Act fast because this particular challenge ends tomorrow night.

2.  The Sweet Stamp Shop Challenge – Black/White/One color of your choice! So fun!! You have until Nov. 2nd to play along.

3.  The Simon Says Stamp weekly challenge – One of my favorites. The current challenge is an eerie inspiration photo challenge, super fun especially for this time of year! The challenge ends tomorrow night, but have no fear. Another new challenge will be posted tomorrow!

4. The 10 Minute Craft Challenge – So fun. Make a card based on the challenge in under 10 minutes! Love this. I haven’t had the chance to play along yet, but I am so going to… It is a great concept! Current challenge ends on the 27th.

5. Retro Sketch Challenge –  A weekly sketch challenge! Current challenge ends on the 26th…

Ok, so enough about challenges….. Let’s get to the giveaway. Leave a comment here below telling me what your favorite Thanksgiving food is (so that I might ask you for it if it sounds yummy and easy enough to make and don’t say turkey, lol) and you will automatically be entered to win this trio of die cuts by Memory Box! I’ll pick the winner next week!

Some members of my family are vegetarian so we have a meal that combines traditional and non-traditional dishes. I have several favorites: sweet potato pancakes, bean turnovers and crustless cranberry pecan pie.

My favorite side dish is this YUMMY candied yam casserole that my uncle makes. It’s whipped yams with brown sugar and eggs, and spices. He bakes it in the oven and tops with mini marshmallows at the end, then browns. We always gobble it up!

Even though they might do this one time for the
wedding, I think there can be addictive qualities to these diets,
and I think that someone might continue to do something like this.
Although special diet and workout plans have been devised for sufferers
of this condition, these techniques do not work for all people.
In the first few weeks you may find that fizzy drinks cause
bloating and discomfort too, so these are best avoided.

certainly like your web-site but you need to take a look at the spelling on several of your posts.
Many of them are rife with spelling problems
and I in finding it very bothersome to inform the reality nevertheless I’ll surely come back again.
