Quick post today. I have had a headache every day for the past 4 days. What gives? Today, I wanted to make a Spring card. Just in the mood for some bright colors! I used this week’s 2s4Y challenge. I tried something different today. I have a bunch of recently purchased glimmer mist. I got to thinking. What it would it look like if I sprayed some mist directly onto my PTI impression plate and then run it thru my cuttlebug!
I LOVE the outcome. It is hard to see the sparkle on the picture, but is just glistens and really adds the impressed letters. The button has some glitter on it too!
I used Funky Foliage to create my flower. I really like how versatile that set is… I couldn’t figure out where to place a sentiment and then it hit me, create a stem for the flower and stamp it there… There are a couple of score lines along the bottom of the card to finish it off.
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.
Stamps: Funky Foliage, Harold’s ABC’s; PTI Impression Plate, Buttons and Twine; Tim Holtz Distress Inks; Versafine Vintage Sepia; Glimmer Mist; Spellbinders Nestabilities Label One
