Hi there! I’m here today to share this Christmas card I made using some products from the Essentials by Ellen line. The Merry and Bright stamp set is so fun! I love the burst image!! I decided to do some multi heat embossing with some Zing embossing powders (the colors I used here are linked below)… The coffee cup (or hot cocoa, or tea, whatever floats your boat) is so fun so I decided that would be a great focal point for the card. If you look carefully at the base of the card, you’ll see I heat embossed some of the smaller images from the stamp set and sprinkled on some Wow Clear Sparkle embossing powder over the top! This stamp set is awesome and I love sets that provide you with smaller images as well. 🙂
Also, a few updates:
- I’ve got THREE videos up on Blitsy this week:
wax-seal-video-demo (Demo showcasing Wax Seal set)
distress-marker-spritzer (Demo showcasing Distress Marker Spritzer)
tim-holtz-distress-marker-techn iques (showcases FOUR cards and distress marker techniques)
- Ellen Hutson is having her annual 12 Tags of Christmas with a feminine twist series. Each day, she has a guest up on the blog showcasing some gorgeous tags!
- Lawnscaping Challenges has a fun monochromatic challenge going on right now. White on White…. Simon Says Stamp is sponsoring with a $25 gift certificate to their online store.
