Today, I am sharing a card I made using Happy Hauntings in a not so haunting way, a fun fall card.  I colored the house in non spooky colors… I was inspired by the inspiration photo over at Jay Gee’s Nook!

Confession time – I hand drew a sun in the top right corner, HATED it,  so I came up with another way to incorporate a sun. I punched a circle out and crinkled fabric ribbon all aver it and finished it off with a button. I LOVE the look of it, but wish I could have made it a bit smaller so the right side doesn’t look so heavy, but I had to cover up my oopsie! LOL!   I LOVE the tree from that set! You can either leave it bare or add a bunch of leaves like I did. I liked the idea of having falling leaves and a squirrel running thru them!

I am also playing along with the Less is More Challenge this week, where they asked us to combine any 3 past challenges into one project…. I chose to combine Week 9 (Touch of red), Week 23 (Something with Legs), and Week 25 (Ribbon). I tell you, I just found this challenge site last week and love it…. At first, I was intimidating about combing three challenges into one card, but their challenges are fabulous so it was super easy to do!!!

Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to head on over the Lawnscaping blog for a fun GUESS WHO GAME!
